Most enquiries are lost in the minutes before anyone answers them. Not to competitors, and not to price — to delay, to a first message that asked the wrong thing, or to a conversation that offered before it understood. The loss is silent, which is why it persists: nobody reports the exchange they abandoned.
Conversational Acquisition is the framework we built to close that gap. It treats an inbound enquiry as a system with seven stages, each carrying one responsibility and one characteristic failure — so that when something stops working you can identify which stage is at fault rather than rebuilding everything on a guess.
It is written for an operator who intends to build once and run deliberately. It assumes no technical background. It assumes only that you are prepared to be precise.
What it does not do is promise a result. Automation removes delay; it does not create demand. If your offer is unclear or your audience is wrong, this system will tell you sooner and more plainly than you would otherwise have found out — which is a genuine use, and for many operators the most valuable thing it does in its first month.
