Privacy Policy

This statement explains, plainly, what this website does with your information.

1. Information we collect

This website collects only what it needs in order to answer you. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, organization where you choose to give one, the subject, and the content of your message, together with the time it was submitted. Nothing else about you is recorded. We do not store your network (IP) address, we do not record which browser or device you are using, and we do not log what you read. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no fonts, scripts, or other files from third parties — so no third party observes your visit.

2. How we use it

What you write in the contact form is delivered by email to the FOURIXCORP enquiries inbox, and is used to consider and answer your enquiry. To limit automated abuse, the form counts recent submissions per connection for a short period. That count is derived from the connection rather than stored as an address, is held only in memory, and expires within minutes. We do not use your information for marketing and we do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.

3. How it is protected

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered through an authenticated email service to an inbox with restricted access. They are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet our legal obligations. Your information is not sold, rented, or exchanged. It is disclosed only where the law requires disclosure.

4. Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, request that inaccuracies be corrected, and request that your information be deleted where no legal obligation requires its retention. Such requests can be made through the contact page and will be answered.

5. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page. Where our practice and this statement differ, we correct one or the other — this statement is not left inaccurate.
